Training Focus Areas
-Leadership & Supervision
Drawing on Certificate IV in Leadership and Management and related programs, we help leading hands and supervisors build skills in planning work, leading teams, communication, safety and continuous improvement.
-Work Health and Safety (WHS)
Based on Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and key WHS units, our training focuses on hazard identification, risk control, incident response and WHS laws – so more people on site understand how to keep everyone safe.
-Civil Construction & Plant Operations
Civil construction and plant qualifications provide skills in reading plans, using hand and power tools, operating plant and working safely in and around civil works.
-Traffic Control & Short Courses
Skill sets in traffic control, White Card, First Aid/CPR, working at heights, confined spaces and specific civil skills help new workers enter the industry and support upskilling for existing staff.
